Ooh, I made some sourdough starter last night. It's getting all bubbly and it smells somewhere between wonderfully yeasty and sourly fermented, so I think things are going well so far!
What is sourdough starter? This is how non-domestic I am!
I have a concert in New York and a few in California next month, so my program for those will be Bach 4th Partita, Beethoven Sonata Op. 109, Schumann Symphonic Etudes (with posthum. var), and Wagner-Liszt Liebestod. It's big and slightly suicidal, but I love it!
