None ...This sounds so much like all three of mine. None would eat pureed foods and nursed almost exclusively until closer to a year. But I agree, just keep offering the things you want them to eat. I've heard it takes 15 times of trying something before we become a big fan of it- kids and adults alike. Plus, sugar is addictive, and the more we have of it the less we want of other things.
I love Nell's faces in the pics! Hope you guys are doing well!katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10994200453473525226noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5611566.post-16613875864377421922013-07-11T16:43:26.279-04:002013-07-11T16:43:26.279-04:00Brava Mama! You're doing all the right things...Brava Mama! You're doing all the right things :)

Don't be discouraged if she reverts back to pickiness. All three of mine had a period of really great eating from about 14 ish months to 19 ish months. Then the next year got pretty rough again. I think it's a combination of all the testing and exerting their strong will that comes with being 2, as well as the fact that their growth slows down so they just need to eat less. My little C had been doing so well and now she's starting to get finicky again. N, on the other hand, is eating like a horse at age 4 (she was SOO picky at 2). I try to keep in mind that, like so many things, picky eating is sometimes just a phase.

(Also you'd be amazed at how little they can eat some days and still remain alive.)

Keep doing what you're doing and you can conquer it!! You are right to stick with the healthy options, and not making a big fuss or stressing out about it... if they are hungry enough, they will eat it. :)Abhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02368675586868081132noreply@blogger.com
